NAIP Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) comment letter February 2021

This is a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) comment letter prepared by the NAIP Banking Committee in response to a call for information in preparation for the Federal Reserve’s eventual recrafting of Community Reinvestment Act regulations: Regulation BB: Community Reinvestment Act [R-1723].

This was a call for comments on the advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) to solicit public input regarding modernizing the Board’s Community Reinvestment Act regulatory and supervisory framework.  The Federal Reserve Board sought comment on all aspects of the ANPR from all interested parties and also requests commenters to identify other issues that the Board should consider
